Dust In The Wind

Today was an early day... up by 6:15am and out by 6:45am. The girls were extremely tired, but troopers none the less. They have really impressed me with their devotion and lack of complaining. They had a wonderful program at the Kolin Foundation Secondary School. The girls danced and Darin and Sam gave messages on sexual purity. They were both spectacluar and said exactly what the kids (as well as the teachers) needed to hear.

Then we were off to Swakopmund where we climbed a HUGE sand dune... and the wind was blowing hard... but the climb to the top gave us the most rewarding view... If I had my laptop at this moment I would love to share some pics... but that will come tomorrow. (I have finally seen the one thing I have wanted to see the most in Namibia & to prove it I have sand in places I never could've imagined). After that we were off to the beach... & yes the water is as cold here as in New Hampshire... brrrr....

In a few moments we will ne traveling back home to Dieter & Joan's to join the rest of the team where we will have a brie and get our camp fire fix again...

Tomorrow the girls have a couple more schools to visit... I can not wait to see what God has planned next!!

BooHoo...saw the title of the posting and was hoping for video or picture. Oh well....I do understand the timing issue and this is not the priority business...keeping parents at bay. Keep your focus on the children and HIV related topics.

You go Sam...I can picture you giving that chat and you did awesome in my imagination so being there was proably better. I don't really have that good an imagination. What happened to Becca's talk on dumping a boyfriend by text message? Just kidding - so not the correct topic.

Well - now everyone can say they have been on both sides of the Atlantic. Glad you did not have to swim across the pond to do it!

think of you all....
especially Diandre and Adria...
